DELIVERY COSTS

All orders will incur a flat $10 delivery fee, regardless of location. There is no minimum order amount.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We currently have several delivery slots to choose from at checkout.

• Monday 7pm – 10pm
• Tuesday 10am – 1pm
• Thursday 7pm – 10pm
• Friday 10am – 1pm

Please do take note that the delivery windows close based a certain amount of time before the delivery windows. There may also be an overloaded schedule on popular days and times. Overloaded schedules will also appear as closed. We appreciate your understanding of these issues.

SELF COLLECTION

We also offer collection at our warehouse at

Collection can be made on the following days:

• Tuesday 10am – 1pm 
• Friday 10am – 1pm   

ORDERS CAN BE PLACED UP TO:
– WEDNESDAY MIDNIGHT, FOR THURSDAY OR FRIDAY DELIVERY/COLLECTION
– SUNDAY MIDNIGHT, FOR NEXT WEEK MONDAY OR TUESDAY DELIVERY/COLLECTION.

Because of the nature of our products, it is important that we get our delivery connected the 1st time. This is to ensure you received them in a state of freshness. Please ensure that there will be someone at the given address to receive the items during the selected timeframe. However, orders can also be left at a guard house or in a specified location. If this is an option for you please let us know under the delivery transaction block at check out.

NOTE:

1. Please keep in mind that there may be instances where the items may not be available as a result of a spike in the request.  Do refer to the brown packing slip in your box for items not available or replaced.
2. Please let us know if you ever experience any problems with your order. If you happen to receive anything that you are not satisfied with (or find any goods missing), then just give us a call or email us and let us know so we can rectify the problem on the day you receive your order.
3. All orders for delivery/self-collection on Thursday or Friday should be in before Wednesday midnight, otherwise we will be unable to fulfill the order.
4. All orders for delivery/self-collection on Monday or Tuesday should be in before Sunday midnight, otherwise we will be unable to fulfill the order.
5. All orders for delivery/self-collection on Saturday should be in before Thursday midnight, otherwise we will be unable to fulfill the order.
6. Orders for our cold-pressed juices are excluded from the following self-collection windows: Thursday 4pm – 7pm and Friday 10am – 1pm.
