Will I receive an email or invoice telling me about my payment and my order?

Rest assured, our system will promptly create and dispatch an order confirmation via email. Should you not receive it, please reach out to us!

In the event of any visible issues with your order, we'll give you a call. For seamless communication, our customer service team may contact you through WhatsApp to address any concerns with your order.

Does my billing address have to be located in Singapore?

While your billing address doesn't necessarily have to be in Singapore, please note that we currently only deliver within Singapore. Therefore, a Singaporean address is required for your shipping details!

What size of box is best for me?

What is a Standing Order?

Can I change the items in my Standing Order?

Once your Standing Order is paid for, changes aren't permitted. This is because the order is system-generated, and you're charged based on the prices of the items you've selected.

Will my box be delivered the same time every week?

Your order will be delivered on the date you've selected! We'll keep you informed in case of any changes or delays.

Will my order be delivered the same day every week?

Nope, not always! Just let our customer service team know your preferred delivery dates when setting up your Standing Order. We'll customize the schedule to suit your preferences perfectly!

Does it have to be a box or fresh produce?

Nope, you're not limited! Anything on our page can be included in your standing order. However, if there are items you only want once, you'll need to place them in a separate order.

How do I set up a standing order?

Once you've chosen the items you'd like in your Standing Order, reach out to our customer service team to set it up. Share the four preferred delivery dates, and we'll handle the rest. We'll send you an invoice and a payment link to finalize your order seamlessly.

I won't be home the day for my next Standing Order delivery. Can I change it?

You have the flexibility to make one change to your delivery date per standing order cycle, provided you provide a minimum of 7 days' notice!

This allows us to order your products efficiently and minimize food wastage. If you need to adjust your scheduled delivery, kindly reach out to our customer service directly.

Are there any perks to choosing Standing Order?

Absolutely! We provide discounts for standing orders based on the number of deliveries and whether you choose prepayment. Here's how it works:

What is the difference between a normal Standing Order and prepayment?

Can I cancel my Standing Order?

No worries! Once you've committed to the 4-week Standing Order, stick with it. However, if there's a week you can't take the box, we're flexible – we can postpone the delivery (once per Standing Order). Need to send it to a friend? Reach out to our customer service team, and we'll make it happen.

What happens if the product(s) I order do not arrive?

If, for any reason, the items you purchased are unavailable on our packing day, we'll reach out promptly. You have the option to receive a refund via your original payment method or as Store Credit, which you can use towards your next purchase.

What does cold-pressed mean?

When we cold-press our juices, it's like giving them a gentle hug instead of a rough handling – all done at a cool temperature. This cuddly process keeps those important enzymes from saying farewell. What does that mean for you? Well, our cold-pressed wonders are loaded with more nutrients, giving you a little extra love in every sip.

Why do I see separation in my juice?

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Score free delivery on orders of $300 and above with every trip to your doorstep!

What if I don’t qualify for free delivery?

We charge a fixed rate of $10 for all deliveries. Alternatively, you're welcome to swing by our warehouse at CitiPoint Industrial Complex (152 Paya Lebar Road) to grab your goodies.

Can I do self-collection?

Are you conscious of the environment?

Let's talk sustainability! We're on a mission to use plastic only where it's truly needed. Most of our produce hangs loose, but a few items get a plastic shield for that extra freshness. We're all about less packaging and more freshness.

Can I request to have my weekly box delivered on different days or timeslots every week?

We get it – life happens! But to keep our drivers grooving and ensure you get your box on time, we allow just one change per weekly standing order. Feel the need for a tweak? Give us a shout at least 7 days before the next delivery, and we'll make it happen!

When will my order be delivered?

We're all about making it work for you! Take your pick from our various delivery days and time slots:

  • Monday (4PM - 7PM)
  • Thursday (4PM - 7PM)

What if I am not in when you deliver?

We can arrange to leave your goods in a safe place if you are not in. Please let us know where you would like your goods to be left under delivery instructions when checking out. If you have not let us know your safe place, we will have to redeliver your order and unfortunately charge you $20 for this.

Our values are focused on the environment and driving back and forward is certainly not good for the earth- or your greens for that matter.

What should I do with my boxes after I receive my delivery?

Join our green mission! While we can't recycle the boxes just yet, we're on it. In the meantime, unleash your recycling superhero at home. We'll keep you posted the moment we're all set to recycle those boxes together. Let's make our planet proud!

Cancellation/Refunds/Exchanges

Can I cancel the order?

As our orders are carefully curated and brought in exclusively for you, we're unable to accommodate cancellations once your order is placed. If a slip-up occurs during the ordering process, reach out to us right away, and we'll do our best to assist. Please note that if you opt not to accept delivery, we regret that we're unable to refund any payments made.

Can I change the items I have ordered?

Once payment is completed at a specified price, we maintain the order details as is, generally not allowing changes. However, we might consider accommodating a switch to another seasonal box of equal value upon request.

You're welcome to include additional orders for that extra goodness! Please note that while add-ons are allowed, cancellations are not permitted once the order is finalized.

Can I return any items I'm not happy with?

At SG Organic, our policy dictates that purchased items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. Nevertheless, if a product falls short of your expectations, we encourage you to get in touch. We take immense pride in our offerings, and if any product doesn't meet our high standards, we'll gladly provide you with credit for your next purchase with us!
