How do I register as a vendor?
To become a vendor, visit the [Registration/My Account] page.

Fill in your email address a password will be sent to the email address you provide.

Select the “I am a vendor” option and enter your first name, last name, shop name, shop URL, and phone number.

Complete the optional setup wizard to configure your store address and payment information for PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Once registered, you can access your Vendor Dashboard and the admin will be notified of your registration via email.

To have your shop listed and receive a Verified Badge , please submit your Authorised person’s NRIC or Passport , Address , and Acra Bizfile via the Verifications tab for admin review.
Does it cost money to become a vendor?
No, opening a store on sg Organic is completely free! We only charge a commission when you make a sale.
Why is my account status "Pending"?
For security reasons, all new vendor accounts typically undergo a verification process. Please allow time for our team to review your application. You will receive an email once your account is active.
