Brewing Instruction of Blooming and Loose Teas:
For loose leaves, add a teaspoon to a 250ml cup. Recommended water temperature: 90-95 degrees Celsius.
For blooming tea, use a heat-resistant glass mug or teapot (450-600ml).
Ideally, the glass is 12cm high and 8cm wide. Pour hot, boiling water (90 to 95 degrees Celsius) into the glass. Each bud takes 8 to 10 minutes to bloom.
