We do allow for one change of delivery date per subscription period and would need 5 working days’ notice (working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or gazetted holidays by the Singapore Government). For such cancellation of orders, refund will be in the form of store credits for future orders.
While we do not encourage customers to make last minute changes and cancellations, you may change the shipping address if (for unforeseen circumstances) you are unable to receive the delivery and wish to share your organic food with your friends.
Please take note that once the order is placed you will not be able to change any items in your standing order as the order is created by the system every week. However, we are here to help you, so if you have made an error please don’t hesitate to contact us.
You can choose from our carefully created boxes and you can mention 2 likes and 2 dislikes to suit your needs. However do note that as fresh produce are subject to availability and seasonality, we reserve the right to replace any item not available in your box. Or you can individually select from our fruits and vegetables and create your own weekly box.
You can also opt in to pay in advance and enjoy an additional 5% off. If you chose not to prepay, we will send an email with a secure paypal payment button weekly – so you can pay each week for your groceries- just as you normally would in store.

1. Am I able to change my delivery dates once I’ve committed to a Standing Order (SO)?
We do allow for one change of delivery date per subscription period and would need 5 working days’ notice (working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays or gazetted holidays by the Singapore Government).
