Tamari has a richer, darker flavour than conventional soy sauce and a stronger aroma than shoyu, making it a fantastic sauce for cooking.
INGREDIENTS – Organic whole soybeans, water and sea salt
Extra virgin olive oil is made from the first cold pressing of olives and maintains its high antioxidant and Vitamin E qualities. This oil is characterised by the intensity of its attributes, with a degree of astringency.
Cooking: Olive oil can be used for everything, from dressings salads to baking cakes and cookies. Olive oil can be stored at room temperature if used frequently, but is best kept in a cool, dark pantry.

Organic Flaxseed oil is a rich source of the omega-3 essential fatty acid Alpha Linolenic acid, and also contains the omega-6 fatty acid Linoleic acid, and the omega-9 essential fatty acid Oleic acid. These fatty acids cannot be produced by the body and must therefore be obtained through the diet.
