Cajun Blend is a fantastic combination of onion, thyme, mustardseed, sweet peppers, black pepper, red pepper, hot peppers and is a great partner for roasted chicken, fish or for any bbq, and has a medium to hot level of chilli flavour.
Properties of a pungent fragrance are well utilized in spice mixes, chutneys, relishes breads, meat and vegetable stews, as well as being combined in some Portuguese sausage recipes!
