How do I place an order with you?
After you have created an account with us. Just choose the items you wish to have and add them to your cart. Once your cart has all the yummy fruits and vegetables you could possibly wish for and you go to the check out page. You will be prompted to chose whether or not you wish for it to be a weekly box and your payment method. Click through to make your payment and your box will be on its way!
Are all your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all our products include GST at the existing rate.
Will I receive an email or invoice telling me about my payment and my order?
Our system will automatically generate and send you an order confirmation by email. If you did not receive one please contact us. We will call you if there are any apparent problems with your order.
Does my billing address have to be located in Singapore?
No, you don’t have to use a Singaporean address for your billing address, however you will need to use one for your shipping address as we do not deliver outside of Singapore at the moment.
How can I pay for my order?
Currently we accept several types of payment. Credit and debit cards through paypal, paypal payment, cheque, atm or bank transfer. Please visit our payment methods page for more information. We accept several international credit cards! If anything goes wrong during your payment, or you have problems during check out, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
What deadlines do I have with my order?
Everything is fresh and ordered especially from the farm for your box- so you will need to place your order before Wednesday 12 midnight for Thursday, Friday or Saturday delivery. Orders for delivery on the following Monday or Tuesday have to be in by Sunday midnight.
There is a mistake in my personal information, how can I correct this?
You can either log in to your user or edit the information yourself, or you can contact us. We are always happy to be of service to our customers.
Can I review my old orders?
Yes, if you sign into your account you can view all previous orders as well as check up on the status of current orders, see how far along your weekly order is and even reorder an old order.
How do I know what is in the boxes?
We try to keep the basics inside, like carrots and apples but add new things as the seasons change. To keep your diet varied and exciting! If there is something that you do not eat we will substitute this out- so don’t worry about not eating all of your goodies.
What size box is best for me?
It depends on you- what size family you have, how often you cook etc. We recommend a small box for 1-2, and the family box for 3-4 people. We have created the juicing box and the salad box to suit our fellow juicers. It all depends on you- try us out and take it from there. You can change your box whenever you need to.
Do I have to have a box?
No, we have a lot of clients who order items individually- we do encourage boxes as they are better value for money and provide you with a varied diet. It is very easy to stick to carrots and potatoes and never venture to the gorgeous, seasonal produce that is available. Be adventurous and get on board.
What are seasonal boxes?
Seasonal boxes help to keep you and your family healthy by providing a weekly dose of fruit and vegetables to your door. The focus is on convenience, affordability and health.
What is a standing order?
A standing order is basically a subscription of fresh organic fruits and vegetables that lets you have your box delivered directly to you on a regular basis. All of the items in our shop are available as standing orders, however availability and seasonality does play its part as well. Please visit our standing order page for more details.
Can I change the items in my standing order?
Once you have checked out and received your invoice we do not allow for changes in the standing order, since the standing order is generated by our system and you will be charged the price of your chosen items. However if there was an error in your order or you have any other issues, please do contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you.
Will my box be delivered the same time every week?
We can’t promise you that your standing order box will be delivered at the same time every week since it depends on the route our delivery person takes. But it will be delivered within your chosen timeframe, we will contact you if there are any apparent delays.
Will my order be delivered the same day every week?
Our system is automatically set to deliver the order on the same day every week, however you can chose to change this and edit it when you are in your cart. So if you wish to have your first box delivered on a Tuesday and your next on a Saturday we will be able to do this for you. However there will be a minimum 3 day gap between deliveries – so that you can enjoy your yummy fruits and veggies!
Does it have to be a box our fresh produce?
No, anything on our page can be part of your standing order. However if there are items you only wish to receive one time only, these will have to be put as a separate order since you opt in to our standing order system from the cart page.
How do I set up a standing order?
After you have picked out the yummy products and fresh produce you want delivered on a daily basis, or choosing one of our boxes, you have to view your cart. From here you can then easily set up a standing order with just a few button clicks.

I won't be home the day of my next standing order delivery, can I change it?
We allow for one change of delivery date after check out per standing order cycle, with a minimum 7 days notice. This is because we need to order in your products for you and wish to keep food wastage to a minimum. Please contact our customer service directly if you need to make a change in your scheduled delivery.
Are there any perks to choosing standing order?
Yes! We offer discounts for our standing order, depending on how many deliveries you wish to receive and whether or not it’s a prepayment.
The discounts are as follows:
2-4 orders: 5%
5+ orders: 10%
+ an extra 5% if you opt for pre payment!
You can save up to 15% on your order by using our standing order system!
What is the difference between a normal standing order & prepayment?
In a normal standing order you commit to getting certain items regularly, for as long as you wish your standing order to last. But you pay before receiving every order.
For prepayment you pay for your whole standing order cycle up front so that you just have to sit back and relax and let us handle everything else for you! Our prepayment standing order also comes with an additional 5% discount!
I decided to go with prepayment, is GST included?
Yes, GST is included into the prepaid amount. However it will be split up between the scheduled deliveries of your standing order and is therefore not exercised as GST until the order is created and you get a new invoice.
Can I cancel my standing order?
No, when you have committed to the standing order you will have to finish it off within a set amount of time. (For example: a standing order with 6 deliveries will have to be delivered within 12 weeks). If you absolutely can’t take the box one week we can help postpone a maximum of one times per standing order. You can also call to have your boxes redirected to a friend if you choose to do so.
Is everything organic?
Absolutely! We only stock certified organic produce from Australia- so be assured that everything in your shopping trolley is the highest quality organic produce. We also taste and test everything that we stock to guarantee quality products are being sold.
The product I am looking for is out of stock, what do I do?
Please contact us if there is something you wish to purchase that is out of stock. We always try our best to get stocks in for the products you wish to order. However seasonality of the produce, as well as poor crop yields and weather may mean we cannot get the stocks in. We wish to deliver you quality items and as such we would never knowingly deliver anything damaged or of poor quality to you.
Where does your produce come from?
All of our fresh produce comes from Australia Organic Certified farms.
What happens if the product(s) I order do not arrive?
If any of the items you purchased do not come in during our packing day we will inform you of this straight away and will offer you credit instead that you can use on your next purchase.
Besides fruit and vegetables, what else do you sell?
We sell a mixture of pantry items including drinks, bakery items, chocolates, chips and grains. We are constantly growing our product list, so let us know if there is something else you would like to see on our online shelves and we will do our best to stock it for you. You can add any of the items you see on our site to your weekly fruit and vegetable box. Or just have them delivered as a one time item with your box.
Are the juices organic?
Yes, all our juices are made from organic produce.
How should I store my juice if I want to take it home?
Proper storage means keeping it cold and away from too much unnecessary light. The juices should be refrigerated as quickly as possible after purchase or consumed within the day if not. Opened juices should be consumed immediately.
Why do my juices vary in flavour from time to time?
All our products are organic and seasonal, meaning that the juices may vary in flavour depending on the produce used. Produce available during the first harvest is not as sweet as those that come on late.
I used to buy (insert juice name) from you, how come it is no longer available?
Our produce is seasonal and organic, so when certain key produce go out of season the juice will no longer be available until the produce is in season again. However we make sure to have new seasonal juices available quite often so that your taste buds never get bored!
What are the ingredients in the juice?
The juices only contain the stated ingredients; we do not add any stabilisers, preservatives or anything other than fruits and vegetables to ensure 100% wholesome goodness in our juices.
What is the material of the juice bottle?
All our bottles are glass so as to minimise our carbon footprint to the world. In addition, glass bottles helps to retain the quality and freshness of the juices better.
How long can my juices last?
Our juices are being cold-pressed, contains no preservatives or additives, meaning they are fresh and raw. Hence it is advisable to consume the juice within 3 days from production date. It is also highly recommended to store the juices in the refrigerator immediately upon receiving for longer storage.
What does cold-pressed mean?
When juice is cold-pressed, meaning that it is pressed instead of cut at a low temperature it preserves several of the important enzymes that would otherwise be broken down due to heat or strenuous cutting/handling of the produce. Cold-pressed juices therefore contain more of the nutrients that otherwise might disappear in the juicing process.
Why do I see my juice being separated?
The separation layer observed is due to the different density of the fresh ingredients being used for our juice. As no addictive or stabiliser (added so that there will have no separation) are being added, it is natural to see a layer of separation. So don’t worry and just give the juice a shake a before drinking.
What if I don't qualify for free delivery?
We charge a fixed rate of $10 for all deliveries. Alternatively you can collect your order from our pick-up/drop-off location at no added cost.
Can I collect my delivery in person?
Yes, we allow for purchases to be collected from our warehouse at Tan Boon Liat, please see the delivery page for more details on collection times.
Are you conscious of the environment?
We try our best to be sustainable and only use plastic where necessary. We keep as much of our produce as possible loose but there are some items we protect with plastic to ensure they stay fresh. For us being sustainable is about using less packaging where we can and ensuring our produce stays as fresh as possible.
We also recycle materials wherever possible. Please let us know if you have any suggestions on how we can be more sustainable- we are always ready to listen!
Can I request to have my weekly box delivered on different days or timeslots every week?
Unfortunately we only allow for one change in delivery during a weekly standing order as we wish to offer our drivers some stability as well as make sure you get your box when you are expecting it. If you wish to make a change to your order or the delivery of a box, please do contact us at least 7 days before the next delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
For your convenience we have several available delivery days and time slots:
Tuesday 10am-1pm, Tuesday 2-5pm
Friday 10am-1pm, Friday 2-5pm
Just choose the time that suits you best and we will deliver within the timeslot.

What if I am not in when you deliver?
We can arrange to leave your goods in a safe place if you are not in. Please let us know where you would like your goods to be left under delivery instructions when checking out. If you have not let us know your safe place, we will have to redeliver your order and unfortunately charge you $20 for this. Our values are focused on the environment and driving back and forward is certainly not good for the earth- or your greens for that matter!
What should I do with my boxes after I receive my delivery?
We have a strong company focus on being green and recycling, unfortunately we are currently not able to recycle the boxes but would encourage you to recycle the boxes at home. We will notify you as soon as we are able to recycle the boxes.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
We offer free delivery with orders of $300 and above for each delivery trip.
Can I cancel the order?
As our orders are fresh and bought in especially for you we are not able to offer cancellations once your order has been placed – if you make a mistake during the order process we will be happy to look into it if you contact us straight away. However, if you choose not to accept delivery, we are not able to refund any and all payment made.
Can I change the items I have ordered?
As the payment is made and you have been charged a specific price we do not allow for changes in an order. However we may be able to allow for a switch in seasonal boxes if you wish to change to a box with the same price.
Can I return any items I’m not happy with?
Our policy states that purchased items cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. However if you are not happy with a product please contact us. We are very proud of our products and if there is something that doesn’t live up to our standards we will offer you credit that you can use in your next purchase with us.
